Network Consultant

The Network Consultant will provide end-user support for clients contracted for Managed IT Services. The successful candidate will work primarily on the NOC service desk, open tickets, provide tier 1 and 2 support, close tickets, and escalate tickets accordingly.  This position will report directly to the NOC manager.

Technology Services Manager

The Technology Services Manager is responsible for and will oversee all technical operations within the company including, but not limited to, end-user technical support, network and cloud services administration, network engineering, and project services.  The Technology Services Manager reports directly to the President of the company, and will serve as a manager for the Network Operations Center (NOC).

Technical Support Consultant

Account Manager

The Account Manager will serve the existing client base by generating new business for the company in the form of monthly recurring revenue (MRR), professional project services, hardware, and software. The Account Manager will also be responsible for managing client relations. From a sales perspective, this is a "farmer" type of role. From a relationship manager perspective, the candidate must be a single-point-of-contact and make sure the clients are always satisfied. The Account Manager will be expected to analyze service reports and provide metrics to clients. The Account Manager will also be responsible for monitoring client hardware lifecycles, and MSP contracts. In addition, the successful candidate will write and submit proposals, create new tickets, and occasionally provide resource assignments and scheduling for the Managed Services team. This is a non-technical support role, however, the successful candidate will learn how to sell technical solutions. The Account Manager will report directly to the President of the company.

Account Executive

The Account Executive will serve as a combined inside and outside sales representative generating new business for the company in the form of monthly recurring revenue (MRR), professional project services, hardware, and software. From a sales perspective, this is a "hunter" and "closer" type of role. The Account Executive will be expected to flawlessly understand the service offerings of the company, and sell it successfully. In addition, the successful candidate will write and submit proposals, create new tickets, and occasionally provide resource assignments and scheduling for the Managed Services team. This is a non-technical support role, however, the successful candidate will learn how to sell technical solutions. The Account Executive will report directly to the President of the company.
